About Osakazuki Japanese Maple

This vigorous, upright tree features a rounded crown and typically reaches 15 to 25 feet in height. Its large, seven-lobed green leaves are cupped at the base, resembling a wine cup, and transform into a brilliant crimson-red in the fall. Thriving in moist, acidic, well-drained soils, it is more resistant to leaf scorch and drought than many other cultivars. Ideal as a specimen plant or in woodland gardens, it provides year-round interest with its graceful winter silhouette.
