Common questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Depending on the change, it takes effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my designs if I downgrade?
Downgrading doesn't delete your designs. If you're over the Free limit, you'll need to bring your active designs within it before creating another. Account deletion and retention follow our Privacy Policy.
Is there a free trial of Plus?
Free lets you try the Visual Designer with up to 3 active designs, limited library access, and limited AI use. It isn't a timed Plus trial. Choose Plus for unlimited designs and the full library. AI usage limits still apply.
How is SimplyScapes different from AI design apps?
SimplyScapes combines AI exploration with hands-on editing in the Visual Designer. Start from your property photo, explore a direction, then place plants and objects yourself. Compare tools using your own project to see which workflow fits.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Plus costs $300 billed yearly, equivalent to $25 a month, compared with $29.99 billed monthly. Cancel to stop the next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise billing, talk to our team.
Do you offer discounts for students and educators?
Yes. Students and teachers at schools, colleges, and universities get Plus free. Email support@simplyscapes.com from your school and we will set you up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — request one when you cancel. Refunds are available within 10 days of your last payment on annual plans, 3 days on monthly, and 1 day on weekly, and are processed within 5–10 business days.
What is included in Enterprise?
Talk with us about white-label branding, workspace access, deployment, and support. We'll agree on the scope, pricing, and any service commitments before you sign.
Does SimplyScapes work on iPad and mobile?
Yes. SimplyScapes is fully browser-based and can be used on desktop, tablet, and phone in a supported browser with an internet connection. No app to download.
Is my data secure?
We use authenticated accounts and access controls to protect workspace data. Sharing a design makes it available to the people who receive its public link. Read our Privacy Policy for data handling details, or contact us about your organization's security requirements.
Are Estimate and Build included?
Estimate and Build are early-access tools in SimplyScapes Labs. Availability depends on the workspace and its enabled features, and can change. Labs isn't a promise of permanent inclusion in any paid plan. Check the notice in your workspace before using these tools for live work.
