Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Depending on the change, it takes effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my designs if I downgrade?

Downgrading doesn't delete your designs. If you're over the Free limit, you'll need to bring your active designs within it before creating another. Account deletion and retention follow our Privacy Policy.

Is there a free trial of Plus?

Free includes up to 3 active designs, up to 5 elements per Visual Design, 3 AI renders a month, and limited plant and material libraries. It isn't a timed Plus trial. Choose Plus for unlimited designs and elements, 500 AI renders a month, custom AI editing, uploads to My Image Library, and the full libraries.

How is SimplyScapes different from AI design apps?

SimplyScapes combines AI exploration with hands-on editing in the Visual Designer. Start from your property photo, explore a direction, then place plants and objects yourself. Compare tools using your own project to see which workflow fits.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. Paying yearly saves about 27% compared with monthly billing. Plus is about $29 a month, billed as $350 yearly. Cancel to stop the next renewal.

Do you offer discounts for students and educators?

Verified educators and schools receive the existing Plus/Professional workspace at no charge for teaching and learning. An educator or authorized school representative applies; SimplyScapes manually verifies the request and provisions the workspace. Students age 13 or older join through their school and cannot apply directly. SimplyScapes does not verify ages; the inviting educator or administrator must confirm eligibility and age. A school email address is not required and does not guarantee approval. Facilities and grounds operations use standard paid plans.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — request one when you cancel. Refunds are available within 10 days of your last payment on annual plans and 3 days on monthly plans, and are processed within 5–10 business days. See the Help Center for your plan's refund policy.

Yes. SimplyScapes is fully browser-based and can be used on desktop, tablet, and phone in a supported browser with an internet connection. No app to download.

Are Estimate and Build included?

Estimate and Build are currently Labs Previews in both Free and Plus. Estimate data currently stays on the computer where you create it. Labs features may change as they develop.
