About Fan Aloe

Aloe suprafoliata, known as the Book Aloe, is a striking succulent famous for its unique juvenile growth where leaves stack neatly like pages of a book. As it matures, it transitions into a beautiful rosette of blue-grey, lanceolate leaves with reddish tips and small marginal teeth. This hardy, stemless species produces unbranched stalks of pinkish-red flowers in winter. Ideal for rock gardens or containers, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, tolerating light frost once established.
