About Angelface Perfectly Pink Summer Snapdragon

Angelface® Perfectly Pink is an upright summer snapdragon with large pink flower spikes and green foliage that carries a light grape scent. It blooms from planting until frost in warm conditions, giving sunny borders and containers a long run of color. ## Garden Use and Size The Proven Winners cultivar record identifies ‘Balang15434’ and lists a mature height of 18–30 inches and spread of 12–18 inches. Use it in borders, mass plantings, mixed containers, or for cut stems; its upright form also suits the thriller position in a container. Full sun produces the strongest flowering. ## Growing Conditions Set plants out after spring temperatures warm and provide moist, well-drained soil. The breeder reports pink flowers, green foliage, heat tolerance, and an all-season flowering habit. The plant patent for ‘Balang15434’ is U.S. Plant Patent PP29,270, granted May 1, 2018. See [Proven Winners’ cultivar guide](https://www.provenwinners.com/plants/angelonia/angelface-perfectly-pink-summer-snapdragon-angelonia) and [North Carolina Extension’s Angelonia guide](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/angelonia-angustifolia/) for cultivar and species-level details. ## Maintenance The flowers are self-cleaning and do not need routine deadheading. Water while plants establish and during prolonged dry weather; established angelonia tolerates some drought. A light compost or fertilizer application can support garden plants, while container-grown plants benefit from regular feeding. Avoid excessive fertilizer, which can favor leafy growth over flowers.
