Cool Rose snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus ‘Cool Rose’) produces upright spikes of rose-pink flowers on sturdy stems. PanAmerican Seed lists the Cool series for cool-season greenhouse and high-tunnel production, with flowering in early spring, autumn and winter and stems about 39–60 inches long ([Cool Rose](https://www.panamseed.com/products/057803347004669/snapdragon-cool-rose/); [PanAmerican Seed cut flower catalog](https://www.panamseed.com/PdfAssets/pdfpage.aspx?pdfid=250)).
## Garden Use and Growing Conditions
The long stems suit cutting and give borders vertical color. PanAmerican describes the series as winter-flowering under production conditions; outdoor bloom timing depends on climate and planting date. For garden culture, snapdragons grow in full sun and well-drained soil. Illinois Extension describes them as cool-season flowers commonly planted in spring or fall ([Illinois Extension](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/snapdragon)).
## Maintenance
Remove spent flower spikes to encourage additional growth, and stake tall stems if they lean. Avoid persistently wet soil. Illinois Extension recommends deadheading and notes that tall snapdragons may need staking; these are species-level care guidelines rather than cultivar-specific trials.
