Ghost Fern

Athyrium 'Ghost' is a striking hybrid fern combining the silvery elegance of the Japanese Painted Fern with the vigorous, upright habit of the Lady Fern. It forms a stately, vase-shaped clump of frosted apple-green fronds that shimmer with a ghostly white light in shaded areas, accented by contrasting dark maroon midribs. Reaching up to three feet tall, this deciduous perennial excels in woodland gardens and borders, thriving in moist, well-drained soil and partial to full shade.
