Harmony Plus Rose is a compact wax begonia with rose-pink flowers and dark bronze foliage. Ball Seed describes Harmony Plus as a mounding series with earlier flowering, larger blooms, and darker leaves than original Harmony; its listed garden size is 8–10 inches tall by 6–8 inches wide ([Ball Seed](https://info.ballseed.com/PlantInfo/?phid=009208839004669)).
## Placement and growing conditions
Use it as a low annual border, in massed beds, or in containers where rose blooms contrast with dark foliage. Ball Seed lists sun to partial sun. University of Minnesota Extension recommends shade or morning sun with protection from hot afternoon sun, plus well-drained soil; water regularly while allowing excess water to drain ([University of Minnesota Extension](https://extension.umn.edu/garden-and-home/yard-and-garden/gardening-in-minnesota/begonia)).
## Seasonal care
Plant outdoors after frost danger and check container moisture during warm weather. Begonias are susceptible to root rot when left in saturated soil, so avoid standing water. Use as a warm-season annual where winters freeze.
## Maintenance
Remove damaged foliage and old plant debris as needed. Keep adequate airflow around plants and avoid routinely wetting leaves during irrigation.
