Bergenia DRAGONFLY™ 'Angel Kiss'

DRAGONFLY™ ‘Angel Kiss’ is a compact Bergenia with glossy leaves that show red and purple highlights in winter. [Terra Nova](https://www.terranovanurseries.com/products/bergenia-dragonfly-series/) lists Angel Kiss in its DRAGONFLY series. ## Landscape use Plant the compact mound at the front of a border, along a path, or in a container where the pale flowers and winter leaf color can be seen. It also works in small ground-cover groupings. ## Siting and soil The RHS lists full sun and partial shade for this selection. It grows in common garden soils, with a moist but well-drained position preferred. Avoid standing water, and water new plants during dry weather while they establish. ## Seasonal interest The glossy leaves remain through the year and become especially dark, with red-purple highlights, in winter. Snow-white flowers emerge in early spring and gradually turn light pink. ## Maintenance Remove faded flower spikes and damaged leaves as needed. Divide an established clump in spring or autumn if it becomes crowded.
