Beedance® Painted Yellow Bidens

Beedance® Painted Yellow is a compact Bidens with yellow flowers shaded orange above green foliage. Its spreading, trailing stems suit border edges, balcony boxes, and hanging baskets. ## Growth and placement The [Beedance product page](https://beedance.eu/product/beedance-painted-yellow/) identifies this selection as yellow in orange, with a mounding habit, 3 cm flowers, and flowering from May to frost. It recommends moderate watering and lists baskets, landscape beds, and balcony boxes as uses. [Gardify’s Painted Yellow profile](https://gardify.de/pflanze/6593/Goldmarie-Beedance-Painted-Yellow) gives a mature height of 20–30 cm and spread of 20–50 cm, approximately 8–12 inches high and 8–20 inches wide. The exact [RHS cultivar record](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/360380/bidens-ferulifolia-beedance-painted-yellow-sunbidevb4/details) identifies the selection code as ‘Sunbidevb4’. The [Beedance care guide](https://beedance.eu/about-beedance/plantation-care/) recommends full sun, good moisture with drainage, and notes that pollen-bearing flowers attract bees and butterflies. ## Maintenance Water often enough to maintain moderate moisture while allowing excess water to drain, especially in containers. The brand recommends one pinch during production; in a garden, trim untidy stems to keep the plant in bounds. Plant outdoors after frost danger has passed.
