Peach Angel Trumpet

Peach Angel Trumpet is a peach-flowered Brugmansia sold as a tropical specimen for large containers and warm-season gardens. Angel trumpets carry large pendent blooms, while flower color, size, fragrance, and growth behavior vary among species and hybrids. ### Landscape Use Place it in full sun and give the roots ample room; [Rush Creek Growers](https://www.rushcreekgrowers.com/plant-name/Brugmansia-Peach) lists its Peach offering among large annuals and tropicals and advises plenty of water. The [University of Wisconsin Extension profile](https://hort.extension.wisc.edu/articles/angels-trumpet-brugmansia/) describes Brugmansia as a tender woody tropical tree that can be grown in containers and moved indoors before frost. Container height can be managed through pruning and root restriction, so mature size depends on how it is grown. ### Growing Conditions Use rich, moisture-retentive, well-drained soil and water generously during active growth without leaving roots in standing water. In colder climates, grow it in a movable container and bring it indoors before frost. All parts are highly toxic if ingested, so site it away from children and pets. ## Maintenance Move container plants indoors before cold weather. Resume outdoor placement after frost danger has passed, then prune and shape in spring. Reduce watering and feeding if the plant is kept dormant over winter, and inspect foliage for pests during active growth.
