Cielo Blue Splash - Calibrachoa

Cielo® Blue Splash is a named calibrachoa in Green Fuse Botanicals’ Cielo series. The series combines large flowers with robust growth and is suited to patio pots, hanging baskets, and combination planters. ## Form and display Green Fuse describes the Cielo series as large-flowered, with robust growth. [Green Fuse Botanicals](https://green-fuse.com/new/calibrachoa-cielo/) ## Siting and soil Choose a container or basket with drainage and use a quality growing medium. The breeder recommends a pH of 5.5–6.2 for the series. Keep the medium evenly moist during active growth, then allow it to begin drying between irrigations as plants mature; avoid overwatering, especially in cool, low-light conditions. ## Maintenance Green Fuse recommends a balanced feed and good air circulation, and notes that excess moisture can contribute to root disease. Its [Cielo® culture sheet](https://green-fuse.com/new/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Calibrachoa-Cielo-Series.pdf) gives container, pH, moisture, and care guidance.
