About Million Bells® Trailing 'Cherry Pink' Calibrachoa

Million Bells Trailing Cherry Pink is a trailing Calibrachoa selection for long-season flowering. [NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/calibrachoa-x-hybrida/) describes Calibrachoa hybrids as low, spreading plants with small, showy flowers in a range of colors. ## Garden Uses Use the trailing stems in containers, hanging baskets, patio planters, borders, or along walkways. Calibrachoa stems tend to sprawl and trail with age ([NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/calibrachoa-x-hybrida/)). ## Growing Conditions Grow in full sun or partial shade in moist, organically rich soil with good drainage ([NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/calibrachoa-x-hybrida/)). Calibrachoa hybrids are generally suited to USDA zones 7a–11b ([NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/calibrachoa-x-hybrida/)). These plants tolerate heat and drought, but overwatering can cause root problems. ## Maintenance Water when the soil begins to dry and allow excess water to drain. Routine deadheading is not needed to encourage flowering.
