About Noa® 'Mega Pink' Calibrachoa

Noa® Mega Pink is a named selection in Danziger’s Noa series of hybrid Calibrachoa. Danziger lists it among the semi-trailing selections, and the Royal Horticultural Society identifies the exact selection as Noa Mega Pink (‘Danoa38’). The current catalog record gives a compact height of 6–8 inches and a width of 12–18 inches. ## Flowers and form Calibrachoa has small, trumpet-shaped flowers over a long season and is often grown in pots and hanging baskets. The [Auckland Botanic Gardens trial](https://www.aucklandbotanicgardens.co.nz/science/research/articles/calibrachoa-bedding-trial/) describes this genus habit and use. Danziger places Mega Pink among the semi-trailing Noa selections, so it can soften a container edge while filling the planting near the rim. ## Placement Give the stems room to extend over the edge of a basket or planter. The [Danziger catalog](https://www.danzigeronline.com/files/smart-view/annuals_22-23_row/) provides general Noa-series size guidance rather than a separate measurement for Mega Pink; the existing plant dimensions are retained. ## Maintenance The reviewed cultivar references do not establish a fixed watering, feeding, or trimming schedule. Use a container with drainage, monitor moisture as conditions change, and avoid keeping the root zone waterlogged.
