Nirvana® XDR Blue Halo Catharanthus

Nirvana® XDR Blue Halo is a vegetatively propagated annual vinca in Syngenta’s Nirvana XDR series. It is bred for hot summer conditions and has documented resistance to multiple strains of aerial Phytophthora; its medium vigor and mounded form suit premium containers and mixed plantings. The XDR series is described as a heat lover with a mounded habit and medium vigor. ## Uses Use in patio pots, premium containers, and mixed combinations where sustained summer color is desired. Allow for a compact mound at maturity. ## Maintenance Water container plants as the growing mix dries and follow the grower’s crop or product directions. XDR resistance applies to the cited aerial Phytophthora strains and should not be treated as immunity to all disease.
