Titan™ Really Red Vinca

Titan™ Really Red is a red-flowered selection in PanAmerican Seed’s Titan F1 vinca series. Its product page identifies the breeder code PAS1157216 and describes a mounded, upright habit, late-spring-to-late-summer bloom, full-sun exposure, and a mature size of 14–16 inches high by 10–12 inches wide. ## Flowering and habit The [PanAmerican product profile](https://www.panamseed.com/products/063703034016178/vinca-titan-really-red/) identifies Really Red as a top-selling red color and says it matches the color of Pacifica Really Red. The Titan series is bred for strong branching and large flowers; the breeder notes that plants can flower earlier than open-pollinated vincas. ## Siting and size Use this compact annual in sunny containers or landscape plantings. Its breeder-listed height and spread match the catalog’s 14–16 inch and 10–12 inch labels. ## Maintenance Provide full sun and avoid excessive watering. Kew’s [Catharanthus roseus profile](https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:77880-1/general-information) notes that the species is sensitive to overwatering. PanAmerican describes the Titan series as heat tolerant and suited to landscape and container use.
