About Atlas Cedar

Cedrus atlantica, or Atlas cedar, is a majestic evergreen conifer native to North Africa's Atlas Mountains. It begins with a loose pyramidal form, eventually maturing into a picturesque, flat-topped silhouette with wide-spreading branches. Its stiff, one-inch needles are often a striking silver-blue, arranged in dense tufted clusters. Thriving in full sun and well-drained, acidic soils, this long-lived specimen is drought-tolerant and prized for its aromatic, durable wood.
