About Desert Willow

Chilopsis linearis, commonly known as desert willow, is a fast-growing deciduous shrub or small tree native to the southwestern United States and Mexico. It features an open, airy growth habit with slender, willow-like leaves and showy, fragrant, trumpet-shaped flowers in shades of pink, lavender, or white. Ideal for xeriscaping and wildlife gardens, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soils, attracting hummingbirds and pollinators while providing excellent erosion control.
