About Milton™ Orange Chrysanthemum

Milton™ Orange is an orange-flowering Chrysanthemum indicum in Syngenta’s Milton pot-mum family. Syngenta lists full sun, mid-spring flowering, and small to medium recommended pots for this selection. ## Color and use The flowers are orange with bronze tones. Use Milton Orange in a sunny container or seasonal display, either as a strong block of color or alongside contrasting blooms. ## Growing conditions Choose a full-sun location and a pot with drainage holes. A free-draining potting mix and regular moisture at the root zone support container growth; check more often after potting and in warm weather because pots dry quickly. Newly potted mums may need frequent watering, with less frequent watering once established. The breeder lists hardiness zones 9a–11a. ## Maintenance Remove faded flowers to keep the plant tidy and check moisture during hot or windy conditions. Outside the listed hardiness range, treat it as a seasonal container mum. [Syngenta Flowers product profile](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70065641); [N.C.
