Create design onlineAbout Electric Lime Coleus
Electric Lime is an upright coleus selected for bright lemon-lime foliage that the breeder says holds its color in sun. Ball FloraPlant lists a mature height of 14–28 inches and spread of 16–24 inches. The existing 0.5 meter dimensions are within those published ranges, so they are retained while the display labels are aligned to the breeder’s full ranges.
## Garden Use
Use the vivid foliage in a container, mixed planting, or a sunny border where its light color can contrast with darker leaves. Its upright habit works well as a focal foliage plant or as one component of a mixed container.
## Growing Conditions
Ball FloraPlant lists the selection for sun and shade. Provide a well-drained growing medium and steady moisture, especially in warm weather and containers. NC State Extension describes moist, rich, loose soil as general coleus guidance; adjust watering to the container and site so roots do not remain waterlogged.
## Maintenance
Remove flower spikes when they appear if the goal is to keep the display centered on foliage, and pinch tips if a compact branching shape is wanted.
