Coleus FLYING CARPET 'Fire Mountain'

FLYING CARPET™ ‘Fire Mountain’ is a dense, spreading coleus with deep red leaves edged in lime. Its bushy, trailing growth brings bright foliage to mixed containers, hanging baskets, and bedding. ## Foliage and Form The breeder lists a mature height of 30 inches and width of 24 inches, with green, red, and yellow foliage. The compact plant can trail while retaining a full, branched form. It performs in USDA zones 10–11 and is grown as an annual in cooler climates. Average moisture is suitable in garden conditions; in containers, let the mix drain freely and avoid standing water. Coleus varieties differ in sun tolerance, so protect the leaves from harsh exposure.
