Flying Carpet™ Zinger Coleus

Coleus FLYING CARPET™ ‘Zinger’ is a low, dense selection with lime-green leaf edges, scarlet centers, and a cascading habit. Terra Nova lists it at about 24 inches tall and wide, with part-shade to full-shade exposure and USDA hardiness in zones 10–11. Its rippled, rounded-toothed leaves provide strong contrast with finer-textured annuals. Terra Nova lists green, red, and yellow foliage colors and a fast growth rate for the selection. A garden bed with well-drained soil and moderate organic matter matches the breeder’s guidance; average water is listed for garden culture. A container needs drainage so excess water can escape. Terra Nova advises allowing greenhouse-grown plants to dry moderately between waterings; outdoor plants should still be monitored during hot or dry spells. No pinching is required to finish the plant for production. [Terra Nova Nurseries](https://www.terranovanurseries.com/product/coleus-flying-carpet-zinger/)
