Coleus TERRA NOVA 'Peach Julep'

Peach Julep is a compact coleus with creamy peach leaves edged in dark red and lime green. Its slightly spreading mound is listed at about 14 inches tall by 12 inches wide and brings warm color to containers and mixed plantings. ## Garden Use Use it near the front of a summer border, in a mixed container, or as a houseplant where its bright leaf edges can be seen up close. The contrasting margins stand out against solid green or deep-colored foliage. ## Growing Conditions TERRA NOVA recommends part shade to full shade and lists USDA zones 10–11. The breeder describes well-drained soil with moderate organic matter and average water; containers may need more frequent checks in warm weather. This coleus is tender to frost and is typically grown as a warm-season annual in colder regions. ## Maintenance The breeder describes the plant as slow to flower and says pinching is not required in production. Remove flower spikes if they form and you want to keep the display focused on leaves.
