This dense, mounding evergreen shrub is prized for its striking silvery-green foliage, which is covered in fine, silky hairs. Native to the Mediterranean, it forms a low mound reaching up to 1.2 meters in height and spread. From late spring through summer, pink buds unfurl into brilliant white, funnel-shaped flowers with yellow throats. It thrives in well-drained, alkaline soil and full sun, making it an excellent choice for rock gardens, borders, or coastal landscapes.
