Solanna™ Sunset Burst Coreopsis grandiflora

Solanna Sunset Burst is a Coreopsis grandiflora selection with large, single flowers blending light yellow and light red. Its semi-upright growth and long flowering season add color to sunny perennial plantings. ## Flowers and placement The [Danziger cultivar page](https://www.danzigeronline.com/catalog/perennials_catalog/solanna-sunset-burst/) lists spring-to-fall flowering, a semi-upright habit, and mature dimensions of 14–16 inches high by 20–22 inches wide. The existing height falls within the breeder range; the existing width is below it and is left unresolved. Danziger lists zones 5–10 on the current cultivar page, while its [2023 series catalogue](https://www.danzigeronline.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Coreopsis.Solanna-2023.pdf) gives zones 4–9, so the existing zone range is retained. ## Maintenance The breeder describes the flowers as self-cleaning. Provide full sun and well-drained soil, and water during prolonged dry weather.
