Its fine foliage and pink flowers suit the front or middle of a mixed perennial bed, while the breeder lists pollinator attraction among its special uses. ## Growing Conditions Provide full sun and average, well-drained soil. The breeder's profile lists June through September as bloom months and average garden water needs. Water during establishment and in extended dry periods, while avoiding persistently wet soil. ## Maintenance Leave room for the mound to spread to its expected width. Remove spent flower stems if a neat appearance is preferred, and check the plant periodically for crowding as neighboring perennials fill in.
