Coreopsis NOVA 'Sunstone'

Coreopsis NOVA® 'Sunstone' is a vigorous, full-growing selection with unusual rusty-peach to sun-tanned pink flowers over green foliage. TERRA NOVA lists it for full sun and zones 5–10; its detailed grower information gives a mature size near 14 inches tall by 30 inches wide. [The breeder's NOVA 'Sunstone' profile](https://www.terranovanurseries.com/product/coreopsis-nova-sunstone/) covers its cultivar identity, bloom period, and garden needs. ## In the Garden Give this larger NOVA selection room in a sunny mixed border or mass planting. It can also serve as a broad container accent where its warm flower tones have space to show. TERRA NOVA reports flowering from June into fall and lists pollinator attraction among its special uses. ## Growing Conditions Plant in full sun and average, well-drained soil. The profile lists average water needs in the garden; water while establishing and during prolonged dry spells, and avoid waterlogged soil. USDA hardiness is listed as zones 5–10. ## Maintenance Allow for a wider spread than the smaller NOVA selections. Trim spent stems when desired and keep nearby plants from closing in on the mound.
