Neon Burst™ Chartreuse Dogwood

Neon Burst™ is a compact Tatarian dogwood selected for bright chartreuse leaves and vivid winter stems. New foliage may carry a bronze tint, fall leaves turn purple, red, yellow, and orange, and the stems become glossy scarlet as the leaves drop. It also works in a rain garden or other damp planting, provided the soil drains between wet periods. ## Growing Conditions Plant in full sun to part shade; the brighter exposure helps maintain the leaf color.
