Create design onlineAbout Rainier™ White Cyclamen
Rainier™ White is an upright Persian cyclamen with white-to-cream bicolor flowers and strong stems. Syngenta’s Rainier White product page describes it as a large-flowered cyclamen for cool, dim growing conditions and 14–20 cm containers ([product page](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/emea/product/flower/70001052)).
### Flowers and placement
The pale blooms brighten a seasonal container, window box, or shaded entry and pair easily with foliage plants and other winter flowers. Rainier selections carry large flowers on thick stems, and the white-and-cream bicolor gives this form a softer look than the scarlet cultivars. Persian cyclamen is frost tender and typically blooms during the cool season, from early winter into spring ([NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/cyclamen-persicum/common-name/florists-cyclamen/)).
### Growing conditions
Use bright indirect light or partial shade and keep the plant cool. Choose a rich, well-drained potting medium; water as the surface begins to dry, directing water around the edge of the pot rather than into the crown. Avoid leaving the pot in standing water. Remove faded flowers, then reduce watering if the foliage enters summer dormancy. Resume regular moisture when new growth appears in fall.
