About Rainier™ White Imp. Cyclamen

Rainier™ White Improved is a mounding florist cyclamen with white flowers held above rounded foliage. Syngenta lists this exact Rainier selection as Cyclamen persicum White Improved, product 70055959, with a garden size of 10–12 inches high by 7–9 inches wide ([Syngenta Flowers technical leaflet](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/apac/sites/g/files/kgtney2376/files/media/document/2025/05/13/syngenta_flowers_apac_-_technical_leaflet_cyclamen_rainier.pdf)). ### Light and seasonal display Use this compact plant in a pot, patio container, or sheltered seasonal display. Florist cyclamen naturally come into growth in autumn and bloom through winter or early spring. For indoor display, choose a cool location with bright indirect light; the breeder's crop guide gives full sun for its production setting. ### Water and soil Keep the potting mix lightly moist during active growth, but let the surface begin to dry before watering again. Water around the edge of the pot or from below so the crown stays dry. A free-draining mix and a pot with drainage holes help prevent tuber rot. ## Maintenance Remove fading flowers by following their stems down to the base and twisting them free. After flowering, leaves may yellow as the tuber enters dormancy; gradually reduce watering, then resume when new leaves appear. This tender cyclamen cannot tolerate frost, so protect it indoors or discard it after its seasonal display.
