Delmara™ Pink Halo ice plant (*Delosperma cooperi*) is a low, trailing succulent with light-pink, daisy-like flowers and yellow centers. It can edge a sunny bed, fill a rock garden, or spill over a container.
## Site and size
Plant in full sun and leave room for outward growth. Domus Nursery reports a height of 0.05–0.1 m and spread of 0.4–0.5 m, which is about two to four inches tall and sixteen to twenty inches wide. The Green Fuse Delmara culture sheet recommends full-sun landscape use in arid climates and container planting. ## Seasonal display
Domus describes the pale-pink petals and yellow centers flowering in spring and summer. Green Fuse describes Delmara as continuously blooming during the growing season and mounded in landscape plantings; the Halo profile describes this selection as trailing. Use it where the low mat has room to spread.
## Maintenance
The breeder recommends keeping the growing medium evenly moist during production. Provide good drainage, and trim the edges if the mat begins to overrun its allotted area.
