Venti Parfait™ Crimson Dianthus

Venti Parfait™ Crimson is an F1 Dianthus chinensis selection in Syngenta's compact, mounding Venti Parfait series. Its breeder listing identifies crimson flowers, a full-sun position, and a mid-spring flowering period. ## Garden Use Use this annual in sunny beds, large packs, or patio containers. Syngenta lists a garden height and width of 8–10 inches and describes the series as vigorous and well-branched, so the plants form a tidy mound while carrying showy flowers. ## Flowers and Season The Crimson selection supplies saturated red color in spring. The Venti Parfait series is promoted for large blooms and extended garden color; its compact form makes the color easy to place along the front of a bed or in a mixed container. ## Maintenance Choose a sunny site and a free-draining growing medium. Syngenta offers the cultivar as raw or pelleted seed and lists pack and container uses for the series.
