Venti Parfait™ Strawberry Shades Dianthus

The Venti Parfait™ Strawberry Shades dianthus is a compact annual grown for large, showy flowers on a well-branched mound. Syngenta identifies this exact color variety as Dianthus chinensis F1, product 70064365, and lists full sun, mid-spring flowering, and an 8–10 inch garden height and width. ## Garden use Use it where a low, rounded seasonal display is useful: in mixed annual beds, front-of-border plantings, or patio containers. The breeder describes the series as a successor to Super Parfait, with larger flowers and stronger plants that fill retail containers and extend garden color. The Strawberry Shades selection belongs to a bicolor series; keep its cultivar and product number attached when ordering or replacing plants. ## Siting Choose a sunny position. Allow about 8–10 inches for the mature garden footprint and avoid crowding the compact mound. Syngenta lists mid spring as its flowering time and recommends several pack and small-container sizes, which makes it suitable for close seasonal compositions. The available breeder page does not give a detailed garden watering schedule, so avoid assuming a fixed interval. Treat it as a seasonal annual in garden plans and use the breeder’s current culture guide for production-specific timing.
