Create design onlineAbout Dolce Frosted Berry Coral Bells
Dolce® 'Frosted Berry' is a compact coral bells with broad silver leaves marked by charcoal veins and a light blush on new growth. Its foliage forms a tidy mound, while light pink-to-white flowers rise above the leaves in mid-summer.
## Garden use
The silver and charcoal pattern is useful along a border or edging, in a container, or in repeated groups under trees and shrubs. Plants reach about 10–14 inches tall and 16–20 inches wide, with taller flower stems. The breeder lists zones 4–9, fall and winter foliage interest, and visits from bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds ([Proven Winners](https://api.provenwinners.com/plants/heuchera/dolce-frosted-berry-coral-bells-heuchera-hybrid)).
## Growing conditions
Grow in humus-rich, well-drained soil with average moisture. Part shade helps protect the foliage, although the breeder lists sun or shade exposure. The selection tolerates acidic to neutral soil and benefits from good drainage.
## Maintenance
Remove winter-damaged foliage in early spring and trim spent stems as needed. Water during prolonged dry spells while keeping the crown out of standing water.
