Mexican snowball

Echeveria secunda is a versatile evergreen succulent that forms tight, stemless rosettes of fleshy, pale bluish-green leaves. The foliage often features delicate red or pink margins that intensify during cooler months. In summer, it produces arching stems topped with vibrant red and yellow lantern-shaped flowers. This species offsets freely, creating a dense carpet of rose-like rosettes over time. It is ideal for rock gardens, containers, or as a drought-tolerant groundcover in well-drained soil.
