Artisan Rose Brilliant coneflower

Artisan™ Collection Brilliant Rose is an F1 hybrid coneflower selected for uniform flowering and a full, highly branched habit. Its flowers open deep rose and retain that color as they age, adding a steady pink-toned display from late spring through autumn. ## Garden Use Ball lists an upright plant 24–34 inches tall and 10–25 inches wide, hardy in USDA zones 4–10. The range reflects the selection’s mature garden size, so leave room for both flowering stems and its branching base. Its first-year display and uniform timing make it useful where a coordinated block of color is wanted. ## Growing Conditions Grow in sun. Ball describes the selection as drought tolerant and low maintenance, with light water needs. Establish new plants with regular watering, then adjust irrigation to local rainfall and soil drainage. The breeder identifies the selection as Echinacea x hybrida and lists its code as ‘PAS1303302’; the linked Ball image also names the Rose Brilliant selection. ## Maintenance Remove spent flower heads when a tidier appearance is preferred, and cut back old stems after the season.
