About Leafy spurge

Euphorbia esula, known as leafy spurge, is a vigorous herbaceous perennial characterized by its erect, smooth stems and narrow, lance-shaped foliage. It produces distinctive umbrella-like clusters of small, yellow-green bracts from late spring through summer. This species is highly adaptable, thriving in full sun to part shade and various soil types. All parts contain a toxic milky sap that can irritate skin. Its deep, extensive root system makes it a formidable and invasive presence in many landscapes.
