Exochorda x macrantha is a stunning deciduous shrub celebrated for its graceful, arching habit and spectacular spring display. In early spring, pearl-like buds open into masses of pure white, five-petaled flowers that blanket the branches. Its pale green, oblong foliage provides a soft backdrop throughout summer before turning yellow in autumn. Ideal as a specimen plant or in mixed borders, it thrives in full sun and moist, well-drained, acidic soil, reaching a height of up to two meters.
