Big Kiss™ Red Gazania

Big Kiss™ Red Gazania carries large red daisy flowers above a full, bushy mound. Syngenta identifies this F1 color selection as product 70045987 and lists the Big Kiss™ series at 10–12 inches tall and wide, with mid-spring through summer flowering ([Syngenta Flowers](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70045987)). ## Placement and care Set it in full sun and freely draining soil. Sandy or loamy ground is appropriate; allow soil to dry between waterings and avoid prolonged wet conditions ([North Carolina Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/gazania-rigens/common-name/gazania/), [UF/IFAS Extension](https://ask.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/FP225)). Its rounded footprint works in large containers, sunny borders, and massed displays. ## Seasonal interest Red blooms are listed from mid-spring into summer and open best in bright sun. Flower heads may close at night or during cloudy weather. ## Maintenance Remove spent blooms to encourage more flowers. Let the soil dry between waterings and keep the root zone well drained.
