The mixture combines bronze-red, orange, pink, white, and yellow flowers, so it gives a varied bedding display without needing separate color selections. Its compact proportions also suit baskets and small containers. ## Seasonal interest Use New Day as a warm-season annual where winters are cold; it can be perennial in warm USDA zones 9–10.
