New Day® Rose Stripe Gazania

New Day® Rose Stripe is a compact Gazania rigens with creamy-white, daisy-like flowers marked by a rose stripe through each petal. Ball lists the New Day cultivar at 8–10 inches tall and 6–8 inches wide, with flowering from late spring into summer. Its low, mounded form makes the striped blooms useful along sunny paths and at the front of a planting. ## Garden Use Use Rose Stripe in containers, borders, or as a small-scale ground cover where its contrasting petals can be seen clearly.
