Create design onlineAbout Horizon Coral Spice Geranium
Horizon Coral Spice is an upright, branching F1 zonal geranium whose coral-pink flower clusters ([color profile](https://www.promessedefleurs.ie/annuals/flower-seeds/thompson-and-morgan-seeds/pelargonium-horizon-coral-spice-f1-hybrid.html)) bring a warm accent to seasonal beds and pots. Syngenta identifies it as a color variety of *Pelargonium x hortorum* and describes the Horizon series as early, uniform, and suitable for landscape or container displays ([product details](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/apac/product/flower/70092141)).
## Garden Use
Use Coral Spice in a sunny border, mass planting, or patio container. The breeder’s [APAC listing](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/apac/product/flower/70092141) gives a garden size of about 30–35 cm tall by 25–30 cm wide; its [EMEA listing](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/emea/product/flower/70092141) gives a more compact 25–30 cm by 20–25 cm range, so allow about 10–14 inches in height and 8–12 inches in width across the published ranges. Flowering is listed from mid to late spring into summer ([regional flowering period](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/emea/product/flower/70092141)), and the series display extends toward late summer.
## Growing Conditions
Provide full sun to partial sun and well-drained loamy soil. Keep moisture even enough that leaves do not become excessively dry, particularly in pots. Treat it as seasonal bedding where winter cold prevents year-round growth ([UF/IFAS](https://ask.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/FP458)).
## Maintenance
Deadhead spent flower clusters regularly to encourage continued bloom. Avoid planting too deeply, and maintain spacing that allows air movement around the foliage.
