About Tango White Geranium

Tango™ White is a compact zonal geranium grown as a warm-season annual for white flower clusters above dark green foliage. Syngenta lists it as Pelargonium zonale in the Tango series, with a mounding, upright habit, 10–12 inch height and spread, and flowering from mid-spring through summer ([Syngenta Flowers](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70008003)); a greenhouse grower also lists 10–12 inch plants and names Syngenta as the breeder ([Lucas Greenhouses](https://www.lucasgreenhouses.com/plant/Zonal-Geranium-pelargonium-zonale-Tango-White)). The breeder describes the Tango range as a space-efficient zonal series with compact to medium vigor. ## Garden use Plant it in containers, window boxes, or sunny bedding displays where its white flowers can brighten a mixed-color planting. Full sun and part sun are both listed for the series; its small mature size also works at the front of a border. White flowers provide a clear contrast with dark green foliage and neighboring purple or blue blooms. ## Maintenance Use a well-drained potting mix or garden soil and water when the surface begins to dry, without leaving the roots in standing water. Remove spent flower clusters to keep the plant neat. Syngenta classifies Tango White as an annual, so plan to protect it from frost or replace it after the warm season in colder climates.
