Mega Revolution™ Bright Rose with Dark Eye Gerbera

Mega Revolution™ Bright Rose with Dark Eye is a compact gerbera daisy selected for bright rose flowers around a dark eye. PanAmerican Seed’s [cultivar profile](https://www.panamseed.com/products/029005033035743/gerbera-mega-revolution-bright-rose-with-dark-eye/) identifies product PAS1249238, gives a finished size of 6–10 inches high by 12–14 inches wide, and places it in USDA zones 9a–10b. ## Landscape Use Its upright flowers make a vivid focal point in larger containers and sheltered seasonal displays. The breeder lists flowering from early spring through winter, so plants can provide color over an extended cool-season window when growing conditions are suitable. ## Growing Conditions Give it partial sun and a well-drained growing medium. Keep the root zone evenly moist during active growth, but avoid waterlogged soil and water collecting in the crown. In colder climates, grow it in a pot that can be moved to a protected location. ## Maintenance Remove faded flower stems and old leaves at their base to keep the crown open and tidy. Check the plant regularly for pests, and water at the soil line rather than over the foliage.
