Fiber Optic Grass is a whimsical, evergreen sedge known for its mop-like tufts of fine, hair-like green stems. Reaching about 10-14 inches in height, its stems are tipped with tiny, silver-white flowers that resemble glowing fiber optic lamps. This plant thrives in consistently moist to wet soil, making it an excellent choice for water gardens, pond edges, or damp containers. It performs well in full sun to part shade and can even be grown indoors as a unique, low-maintenance houseplant.
