Orange Blooming Witch Hazel

Amazing copper blooms appear in late winter (usually February). Fragrant, ribbon-like petals unfurl on warm days but curl up with freezing temperatures. During summer, rich green leaves and a nice rounded habit make a nice background for other plants until fall when the foliage becomes colorful. Prune after flowering to maintain desired shape or size. Works well as a hedge, a specimen or mass plantings.
