SOL SEEKER™ Bee Yellow Helianthus annuus

SOL SEEKER™ Bee Yellow is an upright, early-flowering sunflower selected for landscape and container production. Its yellow blooms and pollinator-friendly rating make it a bright choice for a sunny seasonal display. ## Size and Use Danziger lists this cultivar at 28–36 inches tall and 24–36 inches wide, for landscape planting and pots of 15 cm or larger. The [Bee Yellow cultivar page](https://www.danzigeronline.com/catalog/annuals/sol-seeker-bee-yellow/) gives the selection details, while the [SOL SEEKER series page](https://www.danzigeronline.com/series_annuals/sol-seeker/) describes an upright habit and lower water consumption than other commercial varieties. ## Seasonal Interest The breeder describes Bee Yellow as early flowering, with single, extra-large flowers. Site it where the mature spread has room and pollinators can reach the blooms. ## Maintenance Provide sun and water during establishment and flowering, allowing soil to drain between watering. The breeder's lower-water comparison does not establish drought tolerance.
