About Peachy-Bronze Daylily Early Summer

Hemerocallis ‘Belle Amber’ is a compact daylily with amber-toned flowers and a chartreuse throat. The early mid-season blooms rise above foliage on stems about 15–18 inches tall, making the cultivar suitable for sunny beds and the front of a mixed perennial border ([Garden Center Marketing](https://www.gardencentermarketing.com/plantName/Hemerocallis-X-Belle-Amber)). ## Garden use Use the warm flower color to link bronze, peach, and yellow plants, or repeat the clump along a sunny edge. Its modest listed height suits small gardens and spaces where taller daylilies would shade neighboring plants. ## Growing conditions Choose full sun when possible and provide fertile soil that holds moisture without staying waterlogged. Daylilies tolerate several soil textures, but flowering can be reduced in shade; water newly planted clumps during dry spring weather ([RHS](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/179832/hemerocallis-bela-lugosi/details)). ## Maintenance Remove spent flowers to keep the planting neat and cut flower stems back after the display. Clear dead leaves as needed. Divide established clumps in spring or autumn when they become crowded.
