About Indian Summer™ 'Gojiberry' Coral Bells

Heuchera ‘Gojiberry’ in the Indian Summer series forms a clump of ruffled amber-to-orange-bronze leaves, with small white flowers on red stems. A cultivar listing gives a mature size of about 12 inches tall by 14 inches wide; the RHS profile describes the selection as clump forming and semi-evergreen. ([RHS](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/352107/heuchera-gojiberry-indian-summer-series/details), [Plantagogo](https://www.plantagogo.com/product/heuchera-gojiberry-indian-summer-series/)) ## Seasonal interest The RHS places flowering from late spring through summer. Red flower stems lift the small pale blooms above the warm-toned foliage, adding seasonal height to a low mound. ## Growing conditions Choose full sun or partial shade and a sheltered position. The RHS recommends neutral soil that stays moist but drains freely, and lists loam and sand among suitable soil types. Keep the root area from remaining waterlogged. ## Landscape use Its compact clump can edge a border, cover a small patch of ground, or brighten a patio container. The orange-bronze leaves contrast with green foliage and can be grouped with other coral bells for a foliage-led planting. ## Maintenance Remove faded flower spikes after flowering if a tidier look is wanted. The RHS recommends dividing clumps in spring every three to four years to maintain vigor.
