About Heuchera 'Lime Marmalade'

Heuchera ‘Lime Marmalade’ makes a broad, vigorous mound of ruffled lime-green leaves that brighten shade from spring through fall. White flower spikes appear in late spring to early summer, complementing the foliage without obscuring its distinctive texture. ## Garden use Use this landscape-sized coral bells selection in mixed borders, woodland edges, or containers, and allow room for its approximately 24-inch spread. Its rounded form and larger leaves distinguish it from the smaller ‘Lime Rickey’. The cultivar originated as a sport of ‘Marmalade’ and is listed in Terra Nova’s MARMALADE™ Landscape Series. ## Growing conditions Part shade to full shade helps maintain clean foliage color. Choose fertile soil with good drainage and provide average moisture while the plant establishes; the breeder advises against leaving it too wet once established. The listed USDA hardiness range is zones 4–9, and its foliage is evergreen in mild conditions. ## Maintenance Remove tired leaves in early spring and cut back spent flower stems after bloom. Keep the crown at soil level and avoid winter-wet ground. [Terra Nova Nurseries: Heuchera ‘Lime Marmalade’](https://www.terranovanurseries.com/product/heuchera-lime-marmalade/)
