Heuchera ‘Obsidian’ is a compact coral bells selection valued for shiny, rounded foliage that reads almost black and holds its color through the season. Small white flowers with pink tips appear on taller stalks above the foliage, while the dark mound gives mixed borders and containers lasting contrast. ## Garden Use The foliage mound reaches about 10 inches tall and 16 inches wide, with flower scapes rising to about 24 inches. Use it as a dark accent in a mixed bed, mass planting, or container. Plant in organic, well-drained soil and avoid a soggy crown.
